A believer in creative leadership, Tom worked with his top clients to create a Brand Leadership Team (BLT), which created a fusion of the company’s creative talents, their clients and Tom’s team of experts.

Before becoming a brand strategy consultant, Tom worked for 13 years as an Account Director then consumer dialogue/CRM director, then BTL Unit Director for various companies mainly but not limited to the C&EE region.
