Pepe is a seasoned creative with extensive international experience. He has built and consolidated creative teams for Grey since 2003 across Latin America and the US. He believes in an inclusive creative culture, where everyone shares the same creative and business objectives.

During his time in Grey Mexico the agency won 11 Cannes Lions and 15 Effie Awards, rising to first in the county’s ranking.

Since his arrival to Grey Wing, the agency has won its first 3 Cannes Lions, and stands 3rd in the Festival’s ranking of multicultural agencies in the US.
