Helena is passionate about young leadership, global and social issues, cultural entertainment, sustainability, volleyball and cooking. She is multi-lingual and speaks Portuguese, Spanish, English and has knowledge of French and Dutch. She has extensive professional experience in Project and Team Management and Coaching, and has dealt with the public and private sectors in different countries including the Netherlands, Turkey, Germany, India, Spain and USA).
