Heidi defines herself as a Design consultant with business background and experience in driving growth and innovation with design thinking and means with experience in improving customers’ competitiveness by means of design management and design thinking. Working to strengthen customers’ brands and develop sustainable and enjoyable experiences and services.

After graduating with a Masters in International Business Communication, Heidi moved into a Marketing position with Uplause LTD where she was responsible for marketing fan engagement and arena entertainment solutions. In 2011, she took on a Project Manager role with Creadesign Oy before taking on her current role as Design Consultant with Pentagon in 2016 where she works with customers to improve their competitive edge by means of design and design thinking.
