Gerardo began his career as a Design Intern at 3/4 Face in Lyon, France before creating his own design company, Menosunocerouno in 2001 where he lead a 60-person creative and support team to provide effective concept development and execution.

In 2015, he co-founded Brands & People, a brand-centric company focused on mobilizing commercial brands in Latin America that steer, innovate, communicate and maximize brands to accelerate growth. A well-decorated graduate of many prestigious design schools, Gerardo co-founded the School of Change in Mexico in 2018.
