Fernando has always been someone interested in challenges and motivated by situations that would take him out of his comfort zone. A traveller by heart, he has undergraduate degree in International Relations, started his professional career in Marketing, but always looked forward to achieving leadership positions. He believes that autonomy, commitment and empowerment are key factors for success and for achieving goals.
