Fabiano has vast experience in creative leadership and received several international awards working for the most prestigious advertising agencies and clients, among which McCann Erickson, Ogilvy, FCB, DDB, TBWA, Young & Rubicam. He has received more than 40 Brazilian major awards, as well as several international ones.

In 2012, he founded Gingerpic – a full service digital design and motion visuals company, which creates dynamic work for broadcast, print and web.
