Eylem was born and raised in Istanbul. She studied Industrial Engineering and has a MS degree. She joined P&G in 2004 and worked mostly in Innovation Management of brands in local, reginal and global roles. She joined Merck Consumer Health at the beginning of 2014 as their Director of Marketing Capability and has been recently appointed as Global Brand Director for Merck Consumer Health- Purpose & Future Innovation. She has lived and worked in Turkey, Switzerland and is currently living and working in Germany. She speaks Turkish, English and German.
