Chloe is an experienced writer and editor. She launched Cabot Dividend Investor in January 2014 to provide trustworthy advice to investors in and approaching retirement. She developed the system behind Cabot Dividend Investor over many years of experience at other publications, including three years as editor of the Dick Davis Digests and a career reporting on distressed debt markets.

Chloe holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and has also studied in Beijing and Paris. She was a speaker at the 2014 MoneyShow and the Cabot Investors Conference 2013, 2014 and 2015.
