Born in Guatemala and also a Brazilian citizen, Paulo is a passionate and innovation-driven professional.

He holds a degree in environmental engineering and a postgraduate degree in business administration, and has significant experience in working with operational management, project management, strategy, innovation, sustainability and business development. Most recently, Paulo has put his skills in these fields into practice by founding his own company.

Alpha Tenamit – his consultancy and advisory firm – launched last year. Through this, Paulo aims to help raise the competitiveness of organizations of all kinds, so that they can positively impact the world by exploring the existing opportunities in the intersection between innovation, sustainability and business.
